Another one of those finds that makes me wonder what caused the residents to up and leave so quickly leaving so much behind.

  2. BRENDA LEWIS says:

My great grandfather had land in Acadia in the 1930’s. His name was Capp Jefferson. he then passed this land on to his daughter Helen Jefferson Bolin and she passed it on to her daughter Authurine Bolin Conley.
My other grandfather who married Helen Jefferson Bolin had a Warranty Deed in Subdivison: Arcadia, Block: 19 Lot: 1 around 1947. His name was Ray Bolin.

  3. My name is Derick Rucker great great grandson of the late Capp J. Jefferson. The above mentioned abandoned property belongs to Mr. Jefferson. He passed away without realizing his dream, which was to build what would now be know as Condominiums, Townhomes and Apartment Buildings. He had a great dream which I would like to complete. I am interested in bringing this property back home to the Jefferson Clan. I can be reached at (424) 232-4401. Please contact me! I am interested in all investors.
