His name was Capp Jefferson. he then passed this land on to his daughter Helen Jefferson Bolin and she passed it on to her daughter Authurine Bolin Conley. My other grandfather who married Helen Jefferson Bolin had a Warranty Deed in Subdivison: Arcadia, Block: 19 Lot: 1 around 1947.
