Definitely a creepy place. I couldn’t find any history on the location, but it sits right off I-35 in Guthrie. If you look at pic #66, you will see a vulture or other large bird that had made the top floor his home. The door behind the bird was only accessible through that room, and we couldn’t get past the bird.

The Methodist Episcopal Conference began construction on the building in 1925. A Guthrie nonprofit organization purchased the hospital in 1932 and named it Cimarron Valley Wesley Hospital.
