Having lived in the Oklahoma City area all my life (since 1942), I found the St. Vincent's Home article very interesting. Wondering as to where St. Vincent's was located, I was disappointed that no location was given. A search on the web also produced nothing as to whereabouts. Never having heard of St. Vincent's, I can't help wondering where it was. The only clue is in the picture that looks out of a wall, through studs, at an street intersection. Realizing that these pictures are fairly recent, I note that the intersection looks to not be in town. I'm left perplexed about this piece of OKC history. Please advise.

Some friends and I have been here...It is definitely Haunted. We all had experienced doors slamming and loud bangs at opposite ends of the hallways...the basement/lower level seems to have a really thick feeing in the air...might stop here tonight as I will be on the east side exploring other Buildings!

I just tried to explore St. Vincents last week and they have boarded up the whole building and the right side of it is gone. :( It was so disappointing!

I went out to St. Vincents today on 8/11/10. It has no no trespassing signs, and it definitely is not being used as a swat training facility. I took plenty of pictures, but encountered nothing paranormal. I also visited during the day. Just in case I had any run ins with the law, owner, etc.. the building its self is up for lease. It was cool to go see.. but definitely wasnt the paranormal cesspool I was looking for. It really saddens me to see how un relenting people are in trashing historical buildings. The leasing owner should organize a clean up, something.. It could be an amazing building.

My friends and I have been here many times. Have had a lot of odd experience's. Voices, EVP's doors slamming etc. It changes each time we go. There are homeless people there sometimes. One time we went back after being there the week before and someone had torn down all the pipes in the ceiling in some of the rooms in the basement. Plus for the record that ghost hunting group did not clean the place up they just swept the debris to the side in the main hall way so no one would fall. Was done with caretakers premission. Its a great place.

Whoa! Some of these entries literally raised the hair on my neck! Pretty freaky stuff, some of it. Think I'll pass on ever seeing this place. Not my cup of tea.

Our paranormal group investigated this place (with permission of course)and found it to be incredible! We will be putting the Evp's that we captured on our website granted that we receive permission from the owner to share our finds. We had some crazy experiences and hope to share it with everyone via our website. Thank you AbandonedOk once again!
