For one is for sentimental attachment of her long passed on husband, and the other is she is a hoarder. If she wanted to remember and respect her husband memory, she would sell it to someone who could rekindle those memories by rebuilding the Walcourt to the pristine and majestic stature that it once possessed. There are 14 apartments, some are efficiencies and some are one-bedrooms. The end units have fireplaces.
