It went down about a half mile from the house. That same fire dept also let the house burn by misjudging wind direction and leaving when a wildfire got out of control. Everything was lost. Back in 1982 to 1984 there was a small airplane that crash on that hill. Now I don't remember if it hit he house or not but, I work a radio club and I ws told over the radio that a plane just crash on that hill. So, I was the first at the scene to lead the fire department to it. But I can ask the court house about the owner name for you. I know where your talking about on this site. My brother and I grew up here in a house that my dad designed and my mom decorated. It was amazing! Our house burned down in the early 90s and it was so devastating that we didn't have the heart to re-build. We might do something with it one day, like build a cabin. This is my family's property.
